Markets Monitor

Updated on 2024-07-25

The Markets Monitor is an extremely useful function both in the pre-match phase and during live events. As the name suggests, the Market Monitor allows you to monitor and keep track of the markets you've chosen, but it also lets you work with Automation and perform Global Cash Out one of the many unique functions available in Betting Toolkit, detailed in its respective section.

In the Markets Monitor table, for each market of each event that has been added, you will find the event name, sport type, market type, whether it is active or not, the percentages for the back and lay book, the amount of matched money for that market, the market’s delay, the minimum profit or loss value, the maximum profit or loss value, the real-time cash-out value, the current profit or loss value, the number of unmatched bets, the number of partially and fully matched bets, the number of pending bets (trading and stop-loss), the result and time of the match (if live results are enabled), and the timer with the last data update. The last three columns of the table are dedicated to the strategy name, execution status, and the log if an automation strategy has been applied to that specific market.

You can set which columns to display through Options Monitor/Displayed Columns and the selection will be retained for future accesses to the function.

The Market Monitor includes buttons to manage the added markets, with options to select all, delete only selected, delete all, or open the selected market. You can also apply a specific strategy to a market or multiple markets, cancel the application of the strategy, start it, or stop it.

The number of monitorable markets is configurable in the Options window on the General page. In API-NG mode, the number of markets is also limited by the requests per second limit set. Therefore, for optimal use of the Market Monitor, it is recommended to use the API-Stream connection.

Markets Details
A sub-window of the Market Monitor called Market Details allows you to view the same monitored markets expanded into their various selections. This feature should be activated from the "General" tab of the Options window, in the "Performance" section, as it can impact the application's performance if too many markets are monitored. From this window, you can open individual market windows by clicking on the market name, as well as place back/lay bets on the best back/lay odds.
