Export Data to Excel

Updated on 2024-09-13

You can link any Market Window of Betting Toolkit with an Excel sheet to dynamically export data for analysis within the spreadsheet. If you keep multiple market windows open, you can connect them simultaneously to multiple sheets. However, performance will depend on your PC's processing power and the available bandwidth for your connection, so it's important to limit the number of windows open at the same time to improve the performances.

IMPORTANT: to use this feature, Microsoft Excel must be already installed on the computer running Betting Toolkit. Installation and proper functioning of Excel, which exists in numerous versions, are under the user's responsibility. Betting Toolkit is a modern software that keeps up with the latest technologies, so compatibility with outdated versions of Excel is not guaranteed.

Connecting to the Spreadsheet
Press the dedicated button in the toolbar of the market window to connect the spreadsheet.

You can choose between two ways:
- create a new spreadsheet and connect to it
- open an existing, previously saved spreadsheet and connect to it

In both cases, Betting Toolkit will reserve the first page of the workbook to export the data of the respective market.

Disconnecting from the Spreadsheet
The connection will be terminated in the following cases:
- the connection button in the Market Window is pressed again
- the spreadsheet is closed, independently of Betting Toolkit

If the market window is closed while a spreadsheet is connected to it, you will be asked to confirm before proceeding with the closure.
