With Simulation Mode it is possible to trade without using real money to practice the basics of trading. It is recommended not to abuse this option as it receives real data from the Betfair connection but does not place real orders, therefore in the long run you could encounter an account blockage if the user never places bets using real money.

To activate the simulation mode, select the appropriate item in the Tools menu or press the F8 shortcut key. To deactivate the simulation mode, re-select the item from the Tools menu or press the F8 shortcut key or double click on the wording "Simulation" at the bottom right of the status bar of the main window.
